After working close to 2 weeks, i began to jeopardize a particular due to the fact that most of them came to my outlet with despicable attitude and stubborn mindness. Next, it's that i can't catch what the hell they are talking about. My temper have grew shorter and shorter thanks to them. I'm just thankful that i have such wonderful colleagues and managers that i felt so happy to work with them.

Where is my enlistment letter and university admission letter? I so hoping to see u these 2 letters as soon as possible. Now that some of my friends had already received the enlistment letter for the July batch, i guess i will not be joining them in july but somwhere later.... =(

The story behind Einstein's riddle is that Albert Einstein created it in the late 1800s, and claimed that 98% of the world population couldn't solve it. I am not sure of the true origin, but I have seen this one floating around the internet, and it is a good brain exercise.

Here it is:
- In a street there are five houses, painted five different colors.
- In each house lives a person of different nationality
- These five homeowners each drink a different kind of beverage, smoke different brand of cigar and keep a different pet.

Einstein's riddle is: Who owns the fish?

Necessary clues:
1. The British man lives in a red house.
2. The Swedish man keeps dogs as pets.
3. The Danish man drinks tea.
4. The Green house is next to, and on the left of the White house.
5. The owner of the Green house drinks coffee.
6. The person who smokes Pall Mall rears birds.
7. The owner of the Yellow house smokes Dunhill.
8. The man living in the center house drinks milk.
9. The Norwegian lives in the first house.
10. The man who smokes Blends lives next to the one who keeps cats.
11. The man who keeps horses lives next to the man who smokes Dunhill.
12. The man who smokes Blue Master drinks beer.
13. The German smokes Prince.
14. The Norwegian lives next to the blue house.
15. The Blends smoker lives next to the one who drinks water.

Today was the outdoor display band SYF 2008. Being quite a outdoor band fanatic, this is something that i won't want to miss. The entire syf was remarkable and enjoyable with lots of unexpected surprises. The best bands that i saw were tanjong katong sec, deyi sec and bukit panjang gov. high.

Taken some snap of certain schools:

Bukit Panjang Government high with a very strong and solid formation and music.

Yusok Ishak sec

West Spring sec

Found this little cute boy who tries to imitate like a drum major with an umbrella as a mase.

Deyi Sec
As expected, bowen once again choses a female to be their DM. A sex appeal?? Probably.
Results from what i recall:
Military Band Assesment,
Yuying sec: certificate of distinction
Hwa Chong: certificate of distinction
North vista: certifiate of pass
Guang yang: certificate of merit
Outdoor display band:
Orchid Park: Silver
Tanjong katong: Gold with Honours
Ping yi: Silver
Bukit Panjang Gov. high: Silver (undeservingly to my point of view)
Bowen: Gold (KELONG!)
West spring: Silver
Yusok Ishak: Silver
Deyi: Gold with Honours
Best Drum Major 2008: Deyi Sec
Best Military Band 2008: Deyi sec
TK band really put alot of effort in every aspect. As their theme was Asian hence they got alot of extras to act as chinese warriors as well as 2 dragon dancing. Deyi theme was phantom of the opera with spanish feel. They got extras to act as spanish dancers and the most surprising thing was they use baby powder as a form of create a mist to the entire field. Stinky but innovative. Next, the surprising was they actually included "SPANIA" into one their songs. The song reminds me of the time when we play this for our pathetic formation. Bowen theme was also chinese while every band members dressed as like taliban leaders performing KUNGFU and using knife as one of the props. Bukit panjang theme was malay hence they have malay dancers performing.
Next outdoor band SYF is 2010... Long way to go.

After working for 3 days, finally i will have a first off day tml. Been quite a few good days even though we experience angry customers daily. Anyway, golden shoe carpark coffeeshop sells hawker food at a very cheap price. Western food @ 3.50 , Mixed rice- 4 items for $2.20, chicken rice @ 2.50. At this current situation of rising inflation, i reckon they are earning much considering of the location as well.

Today is my first day working in Raffles Place Starhub customer service centre as a customer service executive. I very fortunate to work in this outlet as this is only one shift in which is from 10-7.30 (non-peak period). Plus, the crowd saturation only occurs during lunchtime. Met another temp staff who is also from NP and she's same age as me. =). I was attached to a mentor who guide me how to use the programs and the procedures in getting things done. Well, the programs are very powerful that i can see all your starhub subcription and all your payments.

It is quite interesting to actually get in depth to see how customer service executives work. Seen some really agressive and fustrated customers. As well as our lame and weird customers with weird requests.

My working schedule for the entire month is out. This friday and saturday will be my off days. Gonna catch outdoor band display syf this sat =

I found this article on stomp.sg that makes me feel once again how pampered and fortunate we are to be born in Singapore. Oil price is rising at an amazing rate while high inflation rates are hitting dozens of countries in the world. With food supply prices soaring up high, i can't help but to think of those who are in need.

People living in 3rd world countries will have even bigger problems as they may get even lesser than usual aid from other developed countries. More children and elderly will suffer from malnutrition or hunger.

It was mentioned before that when one country donate funds to them, a small amount will only be given to the needy at the end of going through different agencies/government sectors. We could only pray to Lord for his help on the needys.

I sincerely hope that you can watch this video clip before my exit my blog.
