First day of japanese lesson was fun and enriching. I learn quite alot of stuff today. The only bad thing is that we have quiz every week. My teacher is very funny and she name is Makiko... haha... after 4 hours of japanese, kia heen and i followed heng wei to archery clubhouse which is at canteen 5. So wu lu then we went to basketball court and meet up with the rest of them. We played BB until 4 plus then we went to beauty world to eat plus go SP. Crashed volleyball today and actually VB is quite fun. Feel like going this thursday again. Kena leg cramp for the first time in my life. zzzz the feeling sucks...

My IA test result came back. i got a B+ =( .... 2 more marks then i will get an A grade, all thanks to my carelessness. After school, we went to toa payoh to chill and witness firemen extinguished fire near the carpark. Alot of by-passers KA-POing and since we got nothing to do, we decided to have a look. Well, it's just a small fire, nothing to worry about.

Day 1 of taiwan

Left Singapore at 8.10am. Reached Zhong zhen airport at 12 plus. Taiwan and Singapore have no time difference. Went to tamsui old market, fisherman wharf and shi lin night market. We were given only 1 hour for that place which is completely insufficent. Smelly tou fu is everywhere and the smell is intolerable although i managed to tried abit of it. Though going to taiwan will end my world cup life but luckily they have it. The only problem is that they have advertisement in between a live match and they minimise the live match which is utimately irritating. Since i didn't bet hence watching a full match will shorten my melodious sleep, therefore i watched 2nd half then off to my la la land. Taiwan got one big problem which is lack of rubbish bins. Plenty of motorcycles ( 16 and above can drive a bike easily). When u shop for stuffs, plastic bags is not provided at all/ chargeable hence all of us had to carry the items. My grandma's sis came over in the night and brought us for dinner at shabu shuabu (steamboat). Burnt my skin with a piece of noodles... What the hell... there goes my face... The hotel sucks!... We are going to live the life of a refugee because everyday we are changing hotel.

Day 2

Embarked from taipei to hua lian. Hua lian is the hometown of granites/marble. Hua lian is considered country side hence the streets is rather peaceful and quiet. In taiwan aound 5am, the sun is already out shining brightly comparable to Singapore 8am. Went to some cultural village and watched people performing ( Super boring and the performers looked like shit).

Day 3

From hua lian, we headed on to zhi pen hot spring. Din managed to go for a dip because i din brought my swim wear along. Shorts is prohibited... wth...

Day 4

From zhi pen hot spring, we headed on to gao xiong which is 2nd biggest district in taiwan. Went to earthquake musqem.

Day 5

From gao xiong, we went back to taipei. We went thru this particular stretch of road called tofu street. This is the place where all the smelly tou fu unite. They held meetings and fight with smelly toufu. The air around this street is intoxicating... SO STINKY.... cho tou fu everywhere... ARGH!!! Y!!! zzzz.... The meal we consume everyday is alright. The rice is very tender and soft. Heard from the tour guide that japanese love taiwan rice. Then we went to 101 "shopping" mall. This is a place totally not suitable for us as they sell branded stuffs. I mean really branded hence if u got the money go there. At night, we went to xi men tin. Though i could buy some clothing but it turns out to be otherwise cos most of the shops sold women stuff.... sianzz... Taiwan arcade got alot of basketball shooting game and pick the doll game. IT'S ALOT!!! taiwan is in favour of basketball and baseball. The streets of taiwan is all basketball courts and it's ALOT!!!!

Day 6

Off to Jin men. We need to take plane to this place. This is where my grandma was born and she left this place when she was 5 due to war. Jin men is very close to china hence china wanna conquer this land thus they launch a attack for 44 days and used 400000 bombs. Going to Jin men is more of a educational tour. This place is really pleasant. Very quiet, peaceful... they should develop this place into some holiday chalet or casino. It's such a waste of a beautiful land.

Day 7

Climbed tai wu mountain early in the morning. The view at the top of the peak is magnificent. The air is very cooling and refreshing. A good way to really relax your mind from everything. Trip around jin men plus xiao jin men then took plane back to taipei. Since this is the last night, we took cab to shi lin once again to satisfied our shopping needs. Shi lin got this place which sells alot of small puppy which is damn damn damn damn damn cute. So tempted to buy but it cost $400 plus and it's very troublesome to bring pets into Singapore. Shi lin at night is rather packed and a nice place to shop. The clothes pricing is around the same as Singapore hence not much of a difference.

Day 8

Went back to Singapore. Home Sweet Home. Brought Chivas regal from the duty free shop because it's reallty damn cheap. only 39.70... cheap anot... vodka 24 bucks... cognac bleu at a cheap price.

Yesterday went to collect my lap top back at clark quay then i went to toa payoh to meet gary to collect $$ then roamed around there.

England match yesterday was fantastic.... Rooney appearance does make a difference in the england's performance. Crouch redeemed himself on the 83 min goal otherwise alot of negative remarks will be pointing towards him. Nevertheless, Steven gerrard goal was a marvellous. England played well yesterday. Sweden Vs Paraguay is one boring match then made me fall asleep before half time...

Taiwan... here i come...

Was so dreadful to go for work today because i'm so sick and tired of banquet or F&B stuff. Going back to carlton is my last resort although my ban was lifted. Mangaged to reach there exactly at 12pm otherwise my pay gonna get cut again. The entire afternoon is just pure slack with really nothing much to do. So many new faces although i don't give a damn but there is this girl who looked very much like josephine. Her name is called Jolin... haha.. it reminds me of some jolin's songs... Her height 148cm.. The way she talk is much rougher than jose. Around 5pm, all of us turn over the seminar to a wedding dinner at a very very fast pace although i really don't give a damn but i try to move abit faster. Wanna be a "newbie" but nowsdays carlton is really pathetic in terms of staffs. Wanna act also cannot...haha Set-up 38 tables man... WTH... I was assigned to a 1st-timer once again without fail. They always like to give me this type of people sia although i'm a very good teacher but cannot always do this to me mahz... Cos i would notget angry and i will teach you slowly and carefully. Make sure you understand every single thing that i had said. Slow nvm cos it's expected. Anyway for the sake of unlifting the ban which i dun really care i NEED to work midnight until 1am. Benefit of working until 1am (free transport plus more pay). Oh ya forgot to mention it's a small world again cos jos's friend, serene was in my primary school which is yangzheng. She is from 6F and i'm from 6E... cannot really remember her cos so many years have passed and we are different class... On my way home, i suddenlt remembered a plump girl with short hair looked like her sia. SHE IS A FRIEND OF MY THAT SPECIAL FRIEND which shouldn't be mentioned here and it very very embarrassing. Kinda miss her though it's been so long. Before we were on split ways, she is in peicai but heard from serene she shifted house to sengkang and she studyed in punggol sec/sengkang sec. Hmmm... Fate will deide whether we can meet again.... haha... I don't think i'm going back there to carlton until it the last resort of anything then i will go back. The feeling/mood is no longer there. Dennis, carolyn, alwin and adalene also chao liao. The people there see liao i also sian 1/2...

Germany and Costa Rica match was a fantastic opening mathc for world cup. Din manage to play majong cos we lack of one more player. Shao yong got a cute doggie named bobbie. His dad brought us XO crab bee hoon and mee goreng for supper and taufik joined us for the opening match as he got bike. Slept until now and i'm still at his house... haa

I was late for my IA test for freaking 20 minutes. Thanks to the bloody weather, traffic and the accidents. 20 mins!!! WTH... luckily i bring my watch along so that i can manage my time better with the remaining 1 hour and 10 mins. The paper was alright although i made several careless mistakes. After test, gary, taufik and i went to temasek poly to play soccer. Well this is the first time i went to TP. What TP have and NP don't??

Watched Let's shoot 2. This is a discussion show whereby the topics they discuss is related to youngsters. Today's topic is about blogging and they invited a famous blogger blinking mummy (who the hell is she???). Alot of controversey about it. It may be a good or a bad aspect. Well i think there is an encore telecast at 1130pm...

Tommorrow is my last paper (Thermodynamics) and it starts at 4pm.... wth... it's not a bad thing that the paper starts in the afternoon cos i can sleep late and luckily this module i can confident of doing very well.

Saturday i went to sentosa for some sun-tanning plus to watch the annual balloon hat festival. This year my secondary school is taking part for the first time. I think this festival is boring as a spectator cos there is nothing much u can see beside the balloons. I think it will be very fun if we took part in it. After which we went to aiport to send kenneth's friend celine off. She is leaving to Australia to study physiotherapthy for 1 year. Then we went to Andrew's house to play majong.

Today woke up early and met up with elaine and gave out all the flyers at pasir ris. Door to door distributor is kinda fun and exciting because we will get different types of encounters such as weird/beautiful corridor, idiotic cats, dogs plus birds and many others. We give out in 1 and a half hours time. Went to band after that.... played majong at andrew' house once again. Had our supper at Jalan Kayu and then andrew drove us to lower seletar reservoir for fun. Quite a romantic place for couples provided there is transport.
