HAizzzz... very disappointed by myself... i screwed up my AEL test.... i know how to do the questions but i had forgotten one small point and everything was calculated wrongly.. just because of this extra 0.7V.... haiz... i think i will do badly for this paper... there goes my A... regretted not going back home after band yesterday... who am i to blame besides myself... haiz... i'm so damn pissed... my A!!! haizz.... what's done cannot be undone...

Couldn't blog yesterday because i reached home at 9 plus and i really need to study.. hence now i shall do a recap of what happened yesterday....

In the morning, i went to play soccer with my 4EA peers plus daniel tan.... played until my leg and hand got a big bruise... so painfully... after playing we took pictures cos jayen will not be in Singapore until next year... hope you get the dentistry or law or medicine degree...

Then relunctantly went to plaza singapura with them for dinner... after that we went to arcade and mr goh gotta a bear by using 4 bucks... a minnie bear... then he went to another machine and try to get the pink mickey.... i think he had spent over 20-30 bucks for it... so we waited until he finally got it then now the machine had blue mickey and he spent alot of $$ to get it again... such perseverance until all of us rot at the arcade... after that we took picture with the plush toys....

Today my EM3B test was alright.... made some careless mistakes here and there... one question killed me cos i totally don't know how to do because i had not learn before... what the hell man... 7 marks just flew away.... damn furious with it... what's worse, the air-conditioning in the convection centre is fucking cold... my hands were trembling like hell... it's as though i'm in north pole.. need winter clothes... warning to the rest who is gonna take their exams at convection centre if not u will regret... couldn't really concentrate.. and got this idiotic teacher who FAN PI in front of me... so loud so more... WTH man!!!! PUTTT -_-!!! my next dreadful paper is on mon... AEL sucks....

Went to meet andrew, gilbert, josephine at k box hougang plaza... andrew treated the rest at pizza hut for lunch... i could be one of them if not for my exam... zzz... haha... student price package 2pm-7pm 6+++ with 2 drinks... worth it?? Definitely... but i landed up drinking one cos jos got too high and broke my first lemon tea... =X

After K boxing, we headed on to marina square for dinner... Walked around MS and finally we decided on this chinese restaurant which i dunno what the name of the restaurant is... What's interesting was this restaurant have a conveyor belt for dim sum which is quite innovative...

This is the biggest steam box we had seen so we though it will have a big portion but when the waiter flipped open, it's pathetically small... everyone laughed like crazy... it's very hilarious.. btw this is spare ribs with bitter melon..Left 3 bitter melon and we played ZHONG CHI MI MA.. gilbert lose twice and andrew once... haha... ask gilbert how's the taste of it... haha...

" Well the ingredient inside the rabbits is egg yolk... sounds yucky right?? high in cholestrol but it does not taste like a normal egg yolk... in fact, it's sweet and tasty... and that's why we ordered many rabbits... it's nice.. YUM YUM rabbit....

They had some weird named dishes and we try them out... some were nice but some were yucky...

We ate alot of dim sum and other stuff... total bill $56.XX which means one person 14 bucks which is totally not possible... because we ate alot of food and the bill wasn't right... reason... the person din calculate the food we took on the conveyor belt... that could add up to 30 plus to the total bill... the manager even gave us 10% discount because what we wanted to eat didn't arrive and we waited for quite sometime. In the end, they told us it's sold out... we complained and got 10% discount... haha... we were lucky.. we save some $$$$.... we left asap.

Took a cab to cathy but before that while waiting for the damn cab.. we took picture at the fountain outside the oriental...

I give the show 3.5/5 stars... a short movie... no story line but just to see how people die... some were funny, some were disgusting and some were shocking.... u watched it u will understand.... who ever dude who sat on that roller coaster will die sooner or later.... the photos were clues to how you are gonna die...

Took cab home... I hate reckless driver... somemore i sat at the front seat... my heart almost came out... if u wanna die, don't drag us along... Safety is the best policy.... Anyway... i had a great time today after days of doing boring stuff with books.... although i had not done with it... haha...

Went to swim at serangoon swimming complex, there is no sun which also means no tanning... zzz... for the past few days the sun had been very scorching but today cloudy.... what the hell... swim a while then chao liao... met cassie and her friends.... Went to ah huang house to collect pink pather and the fog.... went home and watch pink pather and the show is very funny... the main character did alot of lame stuff... haha.. 3/5 stars..

Watched chelsea Vs barcelona and the match is freaking hilarious... Y??? at first, there was a red card to chelsea then there was a own goal from barcelona and later another own goal for chelsea. The person who scored the own goal for chelsea is chelsea's captain john terry.... what a jokee... haha... i was laughing like hell... the match was worth to watch but after 70min, my eyes need toothpick to make it open so i decided to sleep... final score 2-1 barcelona WON!!! i wanted chelsea to lose...haha... i like to see how long morinhno can be so arrogant... serve him right... haha... barcelona played very well.... especially lionel messi... supreme form.... very fantastic... next wayne rooney...

Went to my ah ma house today to wait for the contractor cos the sofa got some problem... they are moving from boon keng to sengkang.... haha... my ah ma house so near my house.. so there i am waiting for them while i studied my AEL... they were supposed to come at 3pm but landed up they came at 5pm WTH man... The new sengkang flats opposite north vista sec were really nice although it's all 4-room flat... they have very beautiful playground... really beautiful.... haha....
Went to play badminton outside johnson's house with elaine, johnson and kenneth.... elaine got possessed from boon jeow.. who partnered her sure lose... haha... played until 10 plus then we went to eat...

I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HAPPY!!! SOO SOO SOOO SOOOOOO HAPPY!!! Y!!!!!! BECAUSE I GOT THE THIRD AND FINAL BOOK of NOUGHTS AND CROSSES TRILOGY!!!.... the book name is called checkmate.... i really really grateful to josephine who lent me this book... a million thank you for it.... dun regret meeting you... really kan xi ni.... when i saw the book, i can see rainbows and waterfall... WA!!... I had been waiting for this day to come since 2004... everytime i go library i will check whether if this book is out... and at last.. my waiting have not been in vain... Next, one of my new year resolutions came true... it happened a few days ago but i had added extra happiness together with this book. I'm a VERY VERY VERY HAPPY MAN... gonna read to see how's the ending of this book... hehe...

Today i went to work at carlton after a 3 weeks or more break since the week before CNY. Today only have a small VVIP function which is a cocktail service. I'm not involved in it thus i went to do set-up. After a while, i was sent to be the function runner which means i had to take care of the beverages at the backlane. Sound simple... NO!... because this is VVIP function cos ambassador of PERU is coming and they had this special PERU cocktail called PISCO which is a mixer of lime juice, egg white, sugar syrup and PISCO wine which is 42% alcoholic... i had to go down to lobby lounge and collect it. Stupid PISCO... i had to continuously go up and down for numerous times because they drank alot... wth... 10 glasses after one another... even the staff can't take it, somemore it's only a function for 40 people... took a sip of PISCO and it taste like shit... waste than red wine... some crappy drink that i won't take it forever. and PISCO sounds crude... like PISCO U!.. or u r such a PISCO... sounds great to use as a foul lanuguage.. haha...

After all the guests left, it's food fiesta time!!!... we closed the ballroom main-entrance and everyone start to eat all the buffet food.. ate abit and i'm full cos just recovered from my fever hence my appetite wasn't that good. Then, we did somemore set-up and we completed everything at 10.45pm which means we got 15 mins of free-time... haha slack man today... Johnson is kinda lucky to have such an event for a first-timer... very people got such chances.. even i also don't have... haha credits goes to me la... haha... then i went to meet up woth josephine for supper although i'm full. Luckily i met her if not i won't get a chance to see my darling checkmate.. ate at the 24 hours hong kong cafe at heartland mall. Food there was alright, 3.5/5 quite nice and the the price is affordable.. but the service sucks especially their manager. We requested a window seat but because there is only two of us and the window seat is meant for table of 6 so we can't seat there. What's furiating was we saw other people who were not in group of 6 but lower gotta the seats... such pathetic service... manager somemore... haizz.. i can be much better than him.. Ate black pepper chicken fried rice with egg and jos ate mee sua with minced pork. On the menu, it states Ying Yong... an iced drink... i decided to give it a try cos it's unique and it turned out to be a mixer of tea and coffee which is rather nice... quite innovative and also the cup they served is that type of LKK metal cup which you will not expect to see in such a restaurant... quite creative... lol... AM I GIVING A COMPLIEMENT OR A COMPLAINT?? haha... well... it balances off... haha... have a chat with her cos it's been a long time since we meet up...

Yeah!!! Finally i'm alive and kicking.... haha... thou i have not fully recovered but still it's better than the past few days.. Today's test was ok but i screwed up at the last part... wrote alot of rubbish in it because i can only remember part of the answer and i forgot the other part, hence rubbish is added in it... hopefully i can get an overall A or B grade... my next test is on next friday... so now it's relaxation now... went to heartland with elaine and wee keat to eat and home sweet home... Tommorrow no school... HOORAY!!.... can sleep like a pig...

I feeling so terrible... My body temperature is goin up and down. Yesterday it was 38.2 then to 38.6 then midnight 37.6 then this afternoon 38.3 and now 37.3... what i ate i merlion.... when to play badminton just now... maybe because i sweat abit hence my temperature decrease. I got very little energy to move about or talk... Gonna see doctor tml morning... What's worse is that i got a test tml at 5.15pm-6.15pm... and nothing can do into my mind now... sure CMI... zzzz

Valentine's day....

Spent my whole day sleeping because i got fever.... 38.2 degrees... couldn't join the rest to sing in the night. Felt very lethargic and weak now. Hopefully i will be better by tml if not i cannot play badminton.

Damn! accidentally press the wrong key and now i got to retype everything.

Went to school with a lateness of 35mins and my lecturer i'm super super super late. Since today is the last lesson, he gave me a chance by marking me late instead of absent. The room is damn freezing cool cos they installed 8 aircon in one room. Isn't it insane?? are they trying to make the place mini north pole?? Super boring lesson because of super boring lecturer. After that, we made a quick lunch and headed on to autocad lab room to have our last preparation for the test. Today's test was manageable. I manage to complete everything on time although i found out that i made a minor mistake after the test. Hopefully i can get A+ for this module. Tommorrow is Valentine's day.... a normal day for me.... going for squash in the evening.

Went to PPCCB today.... after that we headed on to marina square for dinner. After much discussion, we decided on k-box because they serve japanese buffet. 10 of us were inside the giant room with plasma tv.... quite cool. The buffet was great... yum yum... eat until my stomach exploded.. BOOM!! sang till 9 plus then we rushed off to marina bay to watch the last day of fireworks. The fireworks were really beautiful... then later we went to rochor to eat beancurd... TOU FU!!!.... wa.... cannot take it liao.... super full and tired. What's worse is that i got autocad test TML!!!!... when i got home, i was forced to eat shark fin. 1 big bowl!!! so now i'm miserably typing and drinking at the same time. =X i'm dying of not starvation but fullness.... bye miserable world... haha

Roamed around heeren aimlessly then we headed on to suntec. Roamed around once again until jonathan came and kenneth left with him to NUSS guild house to have dinner with jonathan's mum. The ambience at the guild house was really nice. I will be one of the members in near future. When to rock auditiorium where NCH (new creation chruch) service was held every sunday. Should i go back??? NCH shop was really nice. It brought me back to the times during the O's period. My ex-tutor was from there. He was the one who made my maths grades from fail to A's, from hatred to love of maths. Feel like buying of one the books in that shop. Haha...we waited for kenneth and jonathan to finish with their meal, hence meanwhile, we went to eat at food court and roamed around carrefour. Then later we went to arcade and played mario kart again.... haha... quite fun... i got 4th for the first game and 1st for the 2nd game... haha... Wanted to bowl or play pool at marina square but the waiting list was simply long so we decided to perish the idea. Home sweet home after that...

Skipped engineering mechanics tutorial so that i can sleep longer... Attended last maths lesson... went home and checked result. HAiz... still the same... i am very disappointed... anyway it's no point crying over spilt milk... pass or fail really doesn't matter to me because i'm staying in my course. I pray for everyone to score well except myself cos i think the rest of my peers need it more than me... I am not trying to be magnamious or what but i just want other people to do well... YES!!! no more lesson on thurs... thursday i'm free.... anyway next week is the last week for the semester and i got a test in the evening.. but still it's free!!!! haha... Met up with jeannie to play squash together. After a while, elaine came hence i played with her then suddenly a girl came who is si hui, president of squash told us to gather for announcement. Sam was the newly-elected president, jasmine is the newly-elected secretary, su hui is the newly-elected treasurer and sky is the newly-elected VP.... congrats to all of the above, you deserved that... after that, elaine and i rushed off to NPCB...so disappointed that they got not enough euphoniums hence i can only play flute. The distribution of the band is kinda weird cos they got 5 flutist, 6 clarinets, 0 saxaphonist, 3 horns, 10 trombonists, 8 or 9 trumpeters, 3 tuba and 4 percussion. The brass people is overpowering. Because of the NBC this july, they tried out all the different marches as the them for NBC is marches. Flute score is super super super super difficult. Was struggling throughtout because there were so many running notes. Worse part was euphos were behind the flutes and they got alot of solo... so jealous... how i wish i were one of them... somemore the air-con was soooooooooooo cold... cannot tahan man.. anyway quite a "good experience" la... we end it's 10.05pm ... (-_-)!!! felt so tired on my way home...

Hoo Ray!!! NO MORE FRENCH!!! what a relief.... phew...

Had my maths CCT which have a weightage of 15% is also over. I think i did quite ok in that paper. After AEL tutorial which also means history repeats itself again cos i did nothing but toking rubbish wif my friends. Then after that i have 3 hours of interval before my french test. Went to library to study real hard cos i suck in it. Felt asleep after i completed studying. 3 hours in library can be considered quite fast cos you got something to do if not you will feel super duper bored. French test was alright, i forgot some of the words like sunday means dimarche, fast means vite and some other vocabularies. Role-play was ok... I had to constantly thank su yin cos she had done the script which i am suppose to do. Haha i'm too lazy.. Then after, i went to meet up with kenneth and elaine to visit pei wen's house. Gotta last ang-bao... haha... used to the money to eat again... these few days, i just get hungry very fast, am i going thru puberty?? Hopefully... haha diao... Bloody kenneth, kept on repeating the thing over and over again. So infuriating.... can he just give me some peace.... adaptations need time... elaine suppose to look after johnson's 3 little bunnies but i think he went to pass it to another friend of his... Why is he passing the rabbits around instead of his house?? anyway YEAH!!! no more french... my mon night is free!!! can go home early... can watch campus superstar... YEAH!!! i'm so happy although i have test on this coming mon and following thurs....

Went to school around 3pm to study my maths. So furiating cos every question i did were wrong.. had to ask taufik for assistance... 1st order differeniational equation is not as easy as i had thought. Tml my maths test is this and Probability with statistics... not only i have maths test, i have bonjour test in the night... gonna practice my roleplay with my friend tml... hopefully my supreme acting skill got bring me some marks... i dun understand the script at all....

Ate spagetti before going for squash with gary cos he suggested on eating. Had squash training from stephen. for warm-up, he told us to run around the court 20 times with 3 sets. After running, my body felt very unwell. I'm on the verge on merlion-ing... thanks to eating before sports... totally regretted.. The feeling on that was very very terrible... hence i force myself to vomit to stop this sickening feeling... After that, i felt better... Lesson learnt... DO NOT CONSUME ANY MEALS JUST BEFORE YOU ARE GOING FOR ANY SPORTS ACTIVITIES... you will regret. This was the first time i had squash training with stephen. Had somemore running, push-ups, crutches and burppies before we ended the training. Jeannie was the only girl who came and played for squash today. Kinda weird... but who cares.. haha...

Went to Johnson's house to play squash for a while with mr Aw elaine and kenneth. Played for a while and we embarked to Mr Goh's house located somewhere near hougang point. Watched howl's moving castle. Slack at his house until 7 plus in the night. Played some card games. Went to kenneth's house to kill time. Played bingo. 11plus, i left for my ah ma house. Was raining like mad. Need to do some offering to the god. Ate mee sua cooked by my ah ma... 5 star rated.... super yummy... reached home 3plus....

Today end sch at 8pm again... so sian... hopefully next week it won't happen cos my french test is this wed....

Zhong wei said the baritone that Mr Aw bring got problem so i exchange wif mi... kinda funny... baritone sound so trombone... haha... somemore i'm sandwich between 2 euphoniums.. The sky was pouring when we were about to move towards the stage... Before our turn to perform, there were lion and dragon dancing. The lion dance was perform by little children thus the lion head was made smaller. Quite cute... haha... performing at the stage was super duper hot... all of us were sweating like mad during the entire performance....

Brought our instrument to cc and went back to be cc helpers. We are suppsed to give out the chopsticks and plates to the residents and make sure they don't toss the yu sheng before the countdown. They were trying to make a thousand people yu sheng tossing ceremony... 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 !!! HUAR AH!!!! we join in the crowds and toss the yu sheng together. Saying all the prosperity words we can think of... what lian lian you yu, wad fa cai.. haha... pardon my lousy han yu pin yin.. then ate the yu sheng, crackers were moi all time favourite. Initially i thought the raw thing was fish because the colour wasn't orange so it couldn't be salmon and when i ate it, IT's SOTONG!!!! ARGH!!!! sucky man... yu sheng with no yu but sotong... what the hell.... couldn't give much of a shit so i just ate it...

Went back to CC and ate buffet food plus best of all ABANLONE PORRIDGE.... other people paid 2 bucks to eat it but we got it FOC!!... it taste alright....

Wanted to watch chingay parade which was held once a year but was opposed strongly by the rest of the people for no apparent reason hence me being the minority had to follow the majority to esplanade.What's wrong with watching chingay??? not nice meh?? Going to esplanade with me were gilbert, jun xian, elaine, zhong wei, kenneth, Mr Aw and Goh to watch fireworks that lasted for 2 mins. Singapore garment is rich hence they had fireworks for consectuve 17 days. After that, we headed on to plaza singapura arcade to play stackers again. BINGO i got it correct, mr Goh got addicted to the game. Kept on spending money to get it but still empty-handed. I played that too and got nth also... =( bloody stacker... y can't u let mi win... let me win the Nokia phone or mp3 player...

Brought ticket for audrey when the rest were playing, she came from chingay... guess it's quite happening over there... watch fearless.... overall fearless was an alright show. 3/5 stars.. didn't really like the story line, the fighting part was nice..

Took mr goh's car back home together with audrey, gilbert and jun xian....

Completed some of my online assignments in tutorial which is quite an achivement cos i got no motivation to do it at home. Maths lesson is ending soon. Our lecturer is finishing the book soon.. Laplace wasn't as hard as i had initially thought of. After lesson, my classmates and i went to atrium and happened to witness ngee ann lion dance club. The weirdest part of this performance was after 3 mins of dancing at the stage, they suddenly disappeared to dunno where while the drumers continue hitting... diao -_-!!!

After that i rushed back home then i met up with gilbert for work... Work today was ups and downs. Intially was up and towards the end was down... or it kinda of balance of... pay was good... 10.50 le... although one of the auntie said it was already low because other restaurant pay 14 bucks per hour. Alice's sis (peony jade boss) gave us a hongbao consist of 6 bucks which means total pay for today is $58.50.. haha...

Jasmine called me and asked whether am i free to play friendly against SA people tml at np... got the urge to say yes but due to the "pro-ness" of my skill and lack of time, i decided to give it a miss...

was late for school once again so i had to walk faster to get to the classroom in my formal clothes. I looked kinda weird because i'm th eonly person wearing formal clothes and other poly students were in casual outfit. My group was the lucky number 1 to start the ball rolling. My presentation was kinda shaky because i just did my part at the very very last min which is yesterday night from 12am till 3am.. In the end i gotta 17.5/30 which means i pass this module !!!! a D-grade ...

After lesson, i went to meet up with gilbert, jia qing, dionna and vincent for ngee ann open house. Brought them around ngee ann... We went to LSCT blk (life science and chemical technology) and peek a poo. Gotta a chance to find out what blood group am i in. I'm O+ which is quite a common blood group. After going some other places and they had gone back, now it's vivian and boon jeow turn.... brought them bring to the same old place and vivian blood group was O+ too... haha... Everyone is involved in the open house... CCA groups, course leader, student helpers and many more... Ngee Ann put in lots of money for this open house..

After that we went for NPCB (ngee ann concert band) practice. Today practice was a leisure one because most of the band members were very tired after the open house. The feeling of NPCB was much better as compared to the last time when we intend to join. Played my eupho with 4th valve... my lips hurts alot because of the mouth piece that i was exposed. It was a totally different type of mouth piece as compared to the type of mouth piece that i had used for the past few years. Need so adaptation... having 4th valve means the instrument is much heavier and it doesn't have a grip so it's kinda painful in the begining... It hurts even more when i played high notes. Had some self-intro here and there. The people there were friendly or maybe in fact very friendly. Being a bit of a introvert, i kept my mouth closed but i had to open although it feels weird. That's me when i meet new people in new environment. When band ended, we followed them to KAP to eat dinner together.

After mac, we went home with kenneth ( a year 1 trombonist) who stayed at hougang green area. Had a chat over the stuff of NPCB and got to know that this coming july, there is a competition for all polys, community centre and tertiery institutions. It's called NBC ( national band competition). He gave me this webby, www.sgband.fusion.com . All along, there wasn't any competition for poly bands or now for the first time such event is happening, it is a good chance to see the standards of different poly and cc bands. Competition against CC bands also means that PPCCB is also involved and we cannot play for two different band hence we need to make a decision. There were other CC bands like west wind and kim seng which were quite established. Poly band like SP NP NYP and unis' like NTU and NUS.... Hence most probably the choice piece is grade 5-6... I also got to know that this year we may be going CHINA for oversea performance... oh man.. CHIN-NA !!! oh nice will it be if it is JAPAN... next prac is next thurs.

Tml gonna work at peony jade from 6-11 with a pay of $10.50 per hour... cool man.. $52.50... enough money for my bus concession. Next week gonna be a very taxing week because practicall most of my week days are fully occupied... Mon night french, Tue night, squash, Wed maths test plus french test in the night, Thurs night NPCB, fri tentatively free... zzzzzz.... can't it get any better?? i had decided not to have my EP (enhancement programme) next semster...
