Went to school for only 1 and a half hour... after which i was dismissed... Kao... my travelling time to and back is even longer than the lesson duration...Rush home asap and meet up with bert, fyn , jia qing and lek han at compass b4 we go marina mandarin to work... my 1st time in MM... how fascinating.. a newbie..MM had just re-renovated their entire hotel hence it look new and grand.. we even got locker.. small one though but it's sufficient for mi to put my bag... This is how their 1st floor banquet looks like...
white long sleeve shirt with a black coat... alright lookin... their level 5 banquet uniform looks nicer..Their staff canteen is very nice... looks more like a food court than a canteen. got plasma tv to watch... food is ok la... their drinks is very pathetic.. ice-water and one weird drink.. Their main ballroom was big... much more bigger than carlton... max in carlton is 39-40 tables and MM 60 plus... the ballroom is very nice... today is soleminzation cum wedding as the solemintor turns out to be the same old person that i met at carlton and phoeny... is he really that good??? so weird lo...Partner gilbert... our speed was alright la... sometimes we are fast, sometimes we are moderate... we even help jia qing and lek han... The 1st course presentation was totally lame... we got to dance in front of everyone... as i'm a first-timer, i was asked to practice in front of all the other staff.. super embarrassing.... no hole to hide... although it's lame but when i view it as a guest. I will enjoy it. unique mahz...Spilled red wine onto the guest at the very first course.. how unlucky.... ( only 2 small drops of red wine landed on her skirt) anyway it was not my fault also because it's the other guest bang to me and the only thing i could do is to apologise... i think the service captain got a lecture from her.... such irritating guest... as if they are the VIP of the function... don't bother...Their pick up is delivered to us right outside of the backlane exit which is very convience for us... Overall working at MM is erm.... erm.... i dunno how to describe it... alright lo... but i still like carlton... MM function ends at 1130 which means we cannot catch the train home... In the end everyone work midnight... this so called midnight is bull shit... we never do anything at all... just sing song and talk rubbish.. Took their transport to hougang 401 to have supper... the bus driver is super stupid... the van already had no more available seats and he still refused to start the car. Until a point where i think the van is going to explode then he finally start the engine.. and he is so stupid for not turning the air-con on... the van is fucking humid... as if i'm in suana... super hot... Ate hokkien mee and took cab home..Tommorrow i going back to carlton.. my 3rd home... anticipating...Kongratulations... ( KING KONG!!)
