Today is a merlion day. WHY?? beacause i throw up during dragon boat training. For no apparent reason, i just feel like vomitting, so i had came to a conclusion, the reason may be due to the sprinting of 400m in 1min and 30 sec. After that running, my mind was not in control, very dizzy and nauseous. When Oliver was telling us how many pull-up we should do, i just went to one corner and did my merlion. Luckily i didn't ate anything so it doesn't taste bad. The pull-up session was tormenting because i felt very weak and lethargic but i struggled through and managed to do 31. After that we went for gym, and from then i felt better. So tired now.... I just realised i will say i'm very tired practically everytime i blog after training. Oliver told us this thurs training is gonna be surprising in a negative approach. HAiz..
